TIPS OF PACKAGING:
1. At least 2″of padding around the laptop(bubble wrap, packing popcorn).
2. Pack the repair request form, AC adapter and one working battery(place the adapter and the battery on the side NOT on the top of the laptop).
3. Ship vias Fedex or UPS. Please purchase adequate insurance against loss or damaging for both ways.
After we receive your laptop, we will do a free diagnostic test and email you with the service charge.
You don’t need to pay until we complete our job. We will notify you vias email.
After we receive your payment. We will ship back your laptop vias Fedex or UPS on your expenses.
